A: Simply select your favorite bracelet, choose your desired size (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout prompts to complete your purchase.

 

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via standard shipping, which takes 3-7 business days in the U.S. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

 

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates will vary based on location and carrier.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Standard shipping within the U.S. is $4.95 or free on orders over $50. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, please email us at stellarstringsshop@gmail.com  within 1 hour of placing your order.

A: Yes! Each bracelet is handcrafted with love and care using high-quality materials.

Q: Can I customize my bracelet?
A: Absolutely. Many of our bracelets can be personalized with initials, charms, or bead color choices. Check the product page for customization options.

Q: What materials are used in your bracelets?
A: We use a mix of glass, semi-precious stones, and durable elastic cord. All metal components are nickel-free and skin-safe.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?
A: Yes! You can select gift wrapping at checkout and even include a personalized message.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom items are non-returnable.

 

Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

Sizing & Care

Q: How do I know what size bracelet to order?
A: Bracelets are created under a standard size that will fit most wrists with a flexible stretch band.  However, for custom or unique size please make a note of it in the check out page when you place your order.   Check out our Size Guide for easy instructions on how to measure your wrist.

Q: How do I care for my bracelet?
A: To keep your bracelet looking stellar, avoid water exposure, store it in a dry place, and remove it before bathing or strenuous activity.
